To: vmc_bugs@hamstersoup.com
Request: Use ccLD domain name to determine page currency

Great idea. Please assume that pages with country domain name are in local currency e.g. .au is A$, .nz is NZ$. And for .com is US$. And allow user to pick currency prefix e.g. I would like prices to show US$, NZ$. My final thought, add a Paypal donate button on your blog, and I will donate you some money for your efforts. Thanks.

Hi Ken,

Hmm ... not sure what's causing that problem and unfortuantely I'm in Riga right now without my laptop. You could try installing the COP version (see comment 30 above). If that doesn't work out then ping me again in 10 days and I'll look into it.
regards,

view my currency has stopped working for me. i can't get configuration to finish. i use ff 1506.

when i mouseover the "off" msg in the status bar i get the message "setup wizard is running". and clicking "off" doesn't turn it on, like it used to.

i'd like to go back to a previous version that works, but i don't know what to go back to. what and where is a stable version?

thanks

Request: Add option to show currency code instead of symbol

It would be fine to have an option to show currency code (for example EUR) instead of symbol (€) after/before converted value.

Bug: Precision w/ numbers above 10 (alpha release)

I don't understand why, does the alpha realese converts units from pounds to euros with unit precision, and the stable release converts with decimal precision (someting that i like), could you at least give the user the choice or revert to default behavior. Also, now I can't revert to the stable release, because it gives me a error in the conversion, so could you also make the unisntall better so it does not leave any trace behind?
Thank you.
